Rent: payable monthly, in advance with guarantor.

• Gas and electricity usage invoiced directly by the service providers and payable by the tenants.
• Water and sewerage is currently a fixed annual cost. Paid by the landlord and reimbursed by the tenants in a single payment at the start of the rental contract.
• Television licence: paid by the landlord and reimbursed by the tenants at the start of the rental contract (pro rata).
• Council tax: payable by the tenants; exempt for students under certain conditions.
• Unlimited broadband internet access included in the rent.
• Deposit: equal to one month of rent.
